Lasting Love was written in 1975, and performed by Inge Schultz for the first time at the Bread of Life Mission in Seattle, Washington. During this time, Inge was part of the Missionary Allaince Youth group in Kent, Washington learning about the meaning of missionary outreach, and this experience set in motion the beginning desire to help the homeless in Seattle.
